All bookings require a  consultation form to be completed before the appointment, via an email link. 
All bookings are to be paid in full before the appointment. Details of payment will be sent via email. 

* Appointments in your own home - travel from GU10 4 up to 10 miles included. additional miles charged at £1.50 per mile, including return journey.

Cancellation policy 

All appointments can be rescheduled/cancelled up to 48 hours before the start of your booked appointment. Appointments rescheduled/cancelled between 48h-24h will be refunded 50% of the appointment charge. Appointments rescheduled/cancelled with less than 24h before the start of your booked appointment will receive no refund.
