Cancellation policy
All appointments can be rescheduled/cancelled up to 48 hours before the start of your booked appointment. Appointments rescheduled/cancelled between 48h-24h will be refunded 50% of the appointment charge. Appointments rescheduled/cancelled with less than 24h before the start of your booked appointment will receive no refund.
Please contact me as soon as you are aware of needing to cancel/ reschedule your appointment.
